In Q.E. (Quantitative Easing), you act as a central bank trying to bail out sixteen "too big to fail" companies from four countries. As a central bank with unlimited resources, you can print money freely to bid on companies for victory points, but must be cautious not to print too much.

Players make open and secret bids to acquire companies, earning bonus points for collecting specific sets. While the scoring track shows who has the most victory points, the game's twist comes at the end - the player who printed the most money loses all their points!
