In 2024, CSA ended its existence as an independent airline. After financial difficulties, it had operated a single A320 on a single route (Prague to Paris) a year earlier. Founded in 1923, CSA still has a future, at least visually. The remaining A320s, along with four new A220s that have been gradually arriving since November 2024, will be operated by former competitor Smartwings under the CSA brand and livery. OK-FYD is the fourth and currently last of these brand-new aircraft to enter service, opening up a future, albeit a smaller one, for this once large and renowned airline. Herpa's SnapFit models offer unbeatable value for money. They come with a display stand and can be assembled in just a few steps without the need for glue or any other tools.
